Making a modest start in the year 1979 with 50 indigenous sewing machines and workspace of 4,000 sq.ft. in New Delhi, Modelama today is a powerhouse of 4000 world class machines. With its turnover running into USD  50 million, Modelama takes pride of its  state of the art, professionally run, production units covering about 4,00,000 sq.ft. of area.

Ever since its inception, Modelama has never looked back. Growing with strength as well as value, today it has about a production capacity of 6 million garments per year. Starting with a meager .5 million USD, Modelama has grown to 50 million.
